RETURN / REFUND POLICY

At Nudecco, every candle is hand-poured with care, we hope you love them as much as we do.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The damage must be clearly visible before opening or using the candle (e.g. broken, total melt, serious leakage that candle / our product cant be used).

  • OR, if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Items must remain unused and in original packaging.

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue and packaging within 3 days of delivery.


❌ Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to self mishandling after unboxing (e.g. dropping, storing improperly, incorrect burning).

  • Minor imperfections from the handmade process (e.g. small air bubbles, slight colour variations).

  • Change of mind or personal scent preference.

  • Sale or promotional items.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and situation.
