All NuDecco products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, or scent are part of the artisanal process and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required upon checkout. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once payment confirmed. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

3. Store Credit Policy

• If an item is out of stock after payment, we will issue store credit to your account.

• Store credit can be used anytime, on any item available in our store.

• Store credit does not expire.

• Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including product photos, descriptions, designs, and logos are the intellectual property of Nudecco. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

NuDecco is not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling of our products. Please follow the safety guidelines provided with each candle.

6. Changes to Terms

Nudecco reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
